It is almost closing time and the retailers are looking forward to the end of another hectic day. Being February, it has already been dark for a couple of hours so the view out of the shop windows from inside is non-existent. Standing on the outside looking in, however, is another matter entirely. From the street it is possible to gaze with impunity through the windows onto the business of the shops - no-one inside can see the camera lens as it zooms in on the occupants.
